This picture was taken at the north rim of the Grand Canyon. It was freezing cold, the wind was blowing like crazy. Words can not describe what it is like to stand on the rim and watch the sunset.

Spouting horn
We visited the Hawaiian island of Kauai. Down the road from our hotel was Spouting Horn. It is a hole in the volcanic rock that when the tide comes in the water is forced thru the hole and it makes a horn sound and water sprays in the air. It was really cool and I was amazed that I was able to get the picture because of the delay on my digital camera.
Hurry Get the Camara
A few years ago we went on a motorhome trip along the west coast from Washington to San Diego. As we were coming into San Fran. Jr yelled for me to get the camara because we were about to cross the Golden Gate Bridge. I snapped this picture from the passenger seat of the motorhome. I totally love this picture because the fog made it so special.
Once in a Life Time
We visited Zions National Park during the fall and it just so happened that we got to enjoy a rain storm. The tour guide told us that we were seeing water falls that only happen when it rains hard. I took this picture out the window of the motorhome. Sometimes the best pictures are accidents.One of my favorite flowers
The Orchid is one of my favorite flowers. As a child my Grandma had a greenhouse and she would grow the most beautiful orchids. I have always had a spot in my heart for them. I had 2 white and purple orchids in my bridal bouquet as a tribute to my Grandma. This picture was taken in Las Vegas at the Mirage hotel Garden.
